The pipe splits in half to expose the air passage’s dimpled interior. This design of the air passage helps cool the smoke and reduce drag as the hit is made.
The bowl cover slides back quickly to encourage you to pack a bowl and then slides over it to cover it entirely. If you want to do a taster, just move the screen to where the hole is just above the bowl ‘s edge and you can take a precise hit. Or you can slide the screen to the big circle all the way and touch the bow as always.
Cleaning is achieved simply by splitting the pipe into three parts and using 420 Wipes or ISO to clean each section off.
